This app slices the data collected by the Feedback app within your organization looking for patterns and generating a series of valuable reports to diagnose organizational health and readiness to grow.

The app is mean for both individuals to understand their performance metrics and trends, as well as managers to understand teams.

Features of the app
-Participation report: understand volume of feedback given, average score, and employee participation in giving feedback
-Expectation report: overview of how people expect of each other and how expectation trends over time.
-Understand your feedback: Weekly and monthly receiving and giving feedback statistics. Rate of learning indicators.
